Our Story
In March 2020, amidst personal upheaval, I navigated the challenges of new motherhood with my son Avery. Struggling through severe postpartum depression compounded by the pandemic, single motherhood, and breastfeeding trials, a pivotal moment arose. Observing Avery's bottle prone to spills and formula leakage due to a lost cap, I envisioned a revolutionary solution. The chaos of new motherhood inspired me to create a bottle—designed to safeguard precious milk, prevent spills, and protect against harmful germs. With a vision sketched on my iPhone, I crafted the first prototype in a Home Depot parking lot. Eager to protect this innovation, I sought legal support from Kent Law School's patent hub, earning representation among twelve submissions. By February 2023, both design and utility patents were granted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office, marking a transformative milestone. Our mission is clear: bring Lily Bottle to life for the baby market and beyond. This revolutionary solution emerged from personal challenges, showcasing the resilience of a determined inventor.
